All of our computer equipment is networked. Redundant systems and equipment ensure that operations will continue even during the unlikely event of equipment malfunction. This is part of our Quality Program.

All programs and data are regularly backed up. Electronic files are stored redundantly in on-site and off-site fireproof vaults. This is part of our Quality Program.

Power to all computer and communications equipment is 100% backed up. Individual uninterruptible power supplies provide electricity that is free of transients and electrical noise to each computer and local area network. This ensures computer and communications stability and reliability, and is part of our Quality Program.

Even the electrical supply system is part of our Quality Program. Power to the entire facility is backed up by a natural gas powered generator with automatic startup and automatic power transfer switch gear. This system is tested weekly. It ensures that data will not be lost or our operations interrupted — even during extended power outages.
